The citation describes a Radnice parish birth register entry for Jan Tauber on 5 Jun 1842 in the Mostiště section, which fits the claimed name, date and place. Without the image or a transcription, the house number, parents and the birth versus baptism date cannot be verified. The evidence is consistent but does not itself state the full claim.
Matches: Citation names a birth entry for Jan Tauber dated 5 Jun 1842, matching the claimed date; Register is the Radnice parish births 1834–1843, with the section for Mostiště, matching the claimed place; Citation points to a specific folio (264) and image (243), which suggests the entry was located
Limits: No image attached, so the entry itself could not be read; The citation is a description of the entry, not a transcription; parents' names, house number (č.p. 10) and whether 5 June is the birth or baptism date are not shown; The register could not be checked to confirm that this Jan Tauber is the person who lived 1842–1906
