The citation describes a birth and baptism entry for Alois Tauber dated 3 April 1874 in the Radnice parish register, which fits the claim on name, date and parish. No image was supplied, so the entry cannot be verified directly. The date may be the birth date rather than the baptism date, which this text does not distinguish.
Matches: Citation names Alois Tauber with birth and baptism entry dated 3 Apr 1874; Parish is Radnice (Rokycany district), matching the claimed place; Register volume covers Mostiště births 1871–1876, so the year fits
Limits: No image attached, so the entry itself could not be read; Citation detail is only a locator; it does not give parents, the exact birth date, or the baptism date separately; The entry is in the Mostiště section, so the actual village may be Mostiště rather than Radnice town, though it belongs to Radnice parish; The record is not checked for the claimed death in 1874
