The Taufregister for 1889, entry 369, records Mina Bertha Christiane, born 30 Oct 1889 and baptized 14 Dec 1889, to Albert Chill and Ottilie geb. Bieging. Name and birth date match the claim exactly. The birthplace is not shown on this page, so Chicago is unconfirmed by this citation.
Matches: Entry No. 369: child Mina (Minna) Bertha Christiane, born 30 Oct 1889, matches the claimed birth date and the name Minna Bertha Christiane; Parents Albert Chill and Ottilie geb. Bieging; surname Chill matches; Baptized 14 Dec 1889, plausible for a child born 30 Oct 1889; Sponsors include Bertha Pietkau and Christian Katow, which fits the middle names Bertha and Christiane
Limits: The page shows no place of birth; Chicago, Cook, Illinois is not stated on this page; The page has no congregation name or city visible, so the place can only be inferred from the collection; The register gives no year-of-death information, so the 1889–1962 lifespan cannot be checked; The parents' names are not given in the claim, so the link to this family relies on the surname and unusual name combination
