Only a citation and image ID are given, with no text. An obituary printed on 1 Feb 1968 fits a death on or shortly before that date, but publication date is not the same as death date. Milwaukee as the place of death is not shown in the evidence.
Matches: Obituary citation is for William Konecny, dated 1 Feb 1968, matching the claimed death date/year; Newspaper is a Manitowoc, Wisconsin paper, plausible for a Wisconsin death
Limits: No image or transcription is attached, so the obituary text cannot be read; The obituary publication date (1 Feb 1968) may differ from the actual death date, which could be a day or more earlier; Place of death (Milwaukee) is not confirmed by the citation; Birth year 1926 and identity cannot be verified without the text
