Validator (claude-sonnet-5-5, 2026-10-28): consistent, confidence 2/4, tier index.
The citation points to an obituary for the right person, published in October 2006, which fits the 1927–2006 lifespan. Without the obituary text or image, I cannot confirm the 12 July 1927 birth date. The evidence is consistent but does not state the claim.
Matches: Obituary is titled for Walter V. Konecny Sr., matching the person in the claim; Obituary date of 15 Oct 2006 fits a death in 2006
Limits: No image or transcription is attached, so the obituary text cannot be checked for a birth date of 12 July 1927; Only the citation metadata is available; it does not state any birth date or age; Obituaries are secondary sources for birth details and often give only an age or a date supplied by family
