Only the citation title is available: an obituary of Blanche Mizerny published 31 Dec 1999. That fits the claimed surname and death year, but without the text or image nothing confirms the spouse, the maiden name Tauber, or the 18 August 1982 marriage date. At most it is consistent with the claim.
Matches: Obituary is for Blanche Mizerny, whose married surname matches the claimed spouse Joseph Mizerny; Death date of 31 Dec 1999 (publication) fits Blanche's claimed death year of 1999
Limits: No image or transcription is attached, so the obituary text cannot be checked; The obituary content is not given, so nothing confirms a marriage to Joseph Mizerny or the date of 18 August 1982; An obituary rarely states an exact marriage date, and it may not name the maiden name Tauber; Joseph's death year of 1993 cannot be verified from this citation; Source is a newspaper obituary: it is secondary for the marriage and was published after the event
